The guild bank
A shared treasury where your guild pools wood 🪵, stone 🪨 and wheat 🌾.
Who can withdraw from the bank?
Only the leader and the officers. Any member can deposit, but withdrawing is reserved for the command. That's what stops a newcomer from emptying the shared treasury.
How it works
- 📥Any member deposits wood, stone or wheat from one of their villages. It's instant.
- ⏳Every deposit stays sealed in the vault for 24 hours before it can be withdrawn.
- 📤The leader and officers withdraw what's available to redistribute it or set up an operation.
- 📜Every deposit and every withdrawal is recorded in the bank log, with the player name and the amounts.
The rules to know
Why the 24 h delay?
Without this delay, the bank would become a free anti-pillage safe: you'd deposit everything just before an attack lands, then withdraw it right after. The 24 h lock and the block on depositing while under attack close this loophole.
Good to know: only the recent deposit is frozen. The rest of the treasury already sitting in the bank stays withdrawable at any time. Depositing 1 wood only freezes 1 wood, never the whole bank.
Frequently asked questions
I'm just a member, why can't I withdraw?
Withdrawing is reserved for the leader and the officers. You can deposit as much as you want; to get resources back, ask the guild's command.
I just deposited and I can't take it back, is that a bug?
No. Every deposit stays sealed for 24 h before it can be withdrawn. In the meantime, the bank's older balance stays available as normal.
Why can't I deposit right now?
Depositing is blocked when an enemy army is on its way to one of your villages: your resources are considered committed to the battle. It's also blocked in holiday mode.
Does the bank have a storage limit?
No. Unlike a village, the guild vault is never capped: it can accumulate very large amounts of resources.
