Resources & production
Your village runs on four resources: wood 🪵, stone 🪨, wheat 🌾 and Gold 🪙.
Do I produce while I'm offline?
Yes. Your sawmills, quarries and farms produce continuously, day and night, even with the game closed. When you come back, everything produced while you were away is already there — up to your warehouse limit. Gold, on the other hand, does not produce itself.
Who produces what
- 🪵The Sawmill produces wood. The higher its level, the more it produces.
- 🪨The Quarry produces stone.
- 🌾The Farm produces wheat.
- 🏚️The Warehouse produces nothing, but increases the amount you can store.
- 🪙Gold is not produced by any building: you earn it through the Royal Treasure, quests, rewarded battles and the shop.
How your production grows
Each level of a production building pays off more and more: production climbs a little faster than the level (each tier adds about +10% over the previous one). So upgrading a sawmill from level 9 to 10 yields far more than from 1 to 2.
The rules to know
Boosting your production
- 📜The talents of the Prosperity path (Academy) permanently increase your production and storage.
- 🌱The Fertility Edict from the shop grants +50% production across all your villages for 7 days.
- 📦An unlimited storage edict can temporarily lift the warehouse cap.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when my warehouse is full?
Production stops accumulating as soon as the stock reaches maximum capacity: the surplus is lost. To waste nothing, upgrade your warehouse or spend your resources (building, recruiting) before maxing out.
Why isn't there a building that produces Gold?
That's by design: Gold is the "premium" currency. You earn it through the daily rewards of the Royal Treasure, the daily quests, certain battles and the shop — never through passive production.
Can looting or the shop exceed my storage?
Yes. The warehouse cap only limits hourly production. Resources received from plunder, transport, expedition or purchase can exceed your capacity — and they are not trimmed down to your cap.
If I'm away for a few days, do I lose everything?
No. You keep producing offline until the warehouse fills up. If you enable vacation mode, production is paused (your village no longer produces, but stays protected).
