What carries over from Ikariam

The core loop you already know is here. You manage three resources — wood, stone and wheat — that keep producing even while you're logged off, then pour them into a growing village. From there you raise an army that scales from the humble Guard all the way to the mighty Titan, build layered defenses, and play out attacks, transport and colonisation across a shared world map. Scout an enemy before you commit, weigh the odds, then send your forces in.

What Embercraft adds

Beyond the familiar foundation, you get a hero who heads out on expeditions and returns with loot and equipable items, plus PvE incursion camps with guaranteed loot — a way to grow and test your army without ever depending on PvP. There's an Academy of talents with three paths and research to shape your style, guilds with a shared bank, chat and coordinated attacks, and rankings and records to chase. Wheat is the fuel for every movement, so logistics matter.

Genuinely fair play

This is the part players ask about most. Embercraft shields new lords for their first three days, forbids attacking a player far weaker than you, and caps how many times you can hit the same target each day to stop relentless bashing. The shop is strictly limited to convenience — it never sells power. No pay-to-win, full stop: your standing is earned by smart play, not a credit card.
