Like the medieval empire games you've played, Embercraft is built on a familiar loop: gather wood, stone and wheat — which keeps flowing even while you're offline — then develop your village, recruit troops and raise defenses before you march. A living world map ties it together, where you scout enemies before the assault, launch attacks, run transports and colonise outposts of your own.

What Embercraft adds

You also command a hero who heads out on expeditions and comes back with loot and gear. Guilds give you a shared bank, chat and coordinated strikes, while an Academy of three talent paths plus research lets you shape your own playstyle. Best of all, PvE incursion camps offer guaranteed loot — so you can progress steadily on your own terms, without ever depending on PvP.

Fair-play, no pay-to-win
